Scandia Home
Scandia Home is a luxury bedding brand that has “helped introduce the European way of dressing beds to the American market.” Since the 1970s, the company’s mission has always focused on exceptional materials and outstanding craftsmanship.
Below are a collection of various layout/design samples produced in collaboration with their Brand Director. There are a couple additional video samples that can be found on my production page.
BURLESQUE IN BUCKS
Hosted by FACT Bucks County in winter of 2020, the first ever "Burlesque in Bucks" live show and fundraiser aimed to foster awareness and support – as part of FACT’s greater mission to reduce the spread of HIV through educational grants to local community-based organizations.
The Burlesque in Bucks event(s) aimed to capture and celebrate the spirit of the Bucks County community. It’s centered on the diversity, talent, passion and creativity of each individual – artists and audience.
Having grown up part of my life in Bucks County – I was very glad to have this opportunity to donate time and work in branding Burlesque in Bucks as a whole, as well as working and consulting on the event’s marketing efforts, calendar, and cocktail book of photography.
OPEN FLAME
Open Flame was a concept for a catering service, originating in Portland, OR, that was centered on clients’ enjoyment of the outdoors through experiences with camping and cuisine.
Unfortunately, due to various license restrictions and safety regulations, this business was unable to be fully explored/developed. My logo concepts were designed around the time of the initial concept development.
Cafe social 68
Cafe Social 68 is a NYC-based cafe/bar, located on Avenue A on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
I worked with CS68’s ownership and consultants to design logo & branding concepts to be used in their storefront/cafe.
Boldfish
BOLDFISH is a digital wellness company that uses apps and an online community to help support a tech/life balance. The company’s mission is to create a meaningful experience in a digital age, nurturing digital wellness through products such as guided meditations, blogs, podcasts, and apps.
I worked with BOLDFISH to develop logos/album artwork and social media assets to be paired with a few of the podcasts they produce.
*Please note that the company’s core logo and brand guidelines were effectively designed and in place prior to my contributions – providing me with a foundation to build upon and consider in my work (found below).
Élan Flowers
Élan Flowers is one of New York City's premiere floral design studios.
I worked with Élan to assist in updating collateral as they moved locations and updated their visual content and identity.
This included: large-print window signage, stationery (gift and business cards that accompany product), and marketing materials (post cards, matchbooks). I also reworked and provided updated high resolution logos for future projects (e.g., branded signage, stickers, marketing/social).
Miscellaneous SAMPLE WORKs
• Broadmoor Restaurant, logo concepts
• Leigh R. Hunt, music composer’s logo
• Campus Nexus, logo concept
• M.Y., logo concept
• Ratking, New York Knicks logo reimagined as tribute logo for New York-based rap group

performing arts posters
Parade
Parade is a musical with a book by Alfred Uhry and music and lyrics by Jason Robert Brown. The musical dramatizes the 1913 trial of a Jewish factory manager, Leo Frank. The trial, sensationalized by the media, aroused antisemitic tensions in Atlanta and the U.S. state of Georgia.
Working with the cast and direction of this NYU Steinhardt performance, I was tasked by the production to create a poster that would incorporate both the Star of David and the Confederate flag – with the aim of referencing the confrontation(s) that the audience itself must face throughout the performance.
The Crucible
The Crucible dramatizes and partially fictionalizes the story of the Salem witch trials that took place in the Massachusetts Bay Colony circa 1692/93.
The primary aim in creating this poster was to focus on the play's theme of condemnation/persectution.
